You’ll Have a Better Vacation in Albania Than Papua New Guinea
Albania is a relatively small but very cute country in southern Europe, fairly close to Montenegro. This country is currently one of the less popular countries in the Mediterranean but that is changing as more people notice its wonderful sites. Albania has unbelievably beautiful, pure white sandy beaches, almost virgin mountain regions, and young, improving cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are gorgeous. The beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches but of course there are a dozen pebble beaches also. You could if you like lie down in the warm dry sun on a rug or get a lounge, the choice is yours. Plenty of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreign visitors and a number are so remote that you can quite possibly have the beach all to yourself, even in during peak times.
There are numerous mountainous landscapes in Albania. The mountainous areas in the north are lovely for skiing or hiking and you are able to see a few waterfalls and astonishing lakes in that part of the country. These mountains are amazing to see but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture leading to a lot of hip cafes to relax in. Albania cities for example Gjirokastra are worth visiting to visit the unusual old city area and also to visit a museum.
Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are mostly warm and welcoming and will be happy to introduce you to their country if you take the time to visit it.
