I Prefer Albania Over Finland
Albania is a fairly small but very beautiful country on the Mediterranean, not too far from Montenegro. It is one of the less often visited countries in the Mediterranean but that is slowly changing as more visitors realise its wonderful attractions. Albania has wonderful, clean sandy beaches, more or less untouched mountain regions, and bustling, changing cities.
Albania’s sandy beaches are amazing. Albanian beaches are usually white, sandy beaches although there are some pebble beaches also. You could sit in the warm dry sun on a blanket or hire a sun lounge, the choice is yours to make. A lot of the beaches are practically untouched by visitors and a number are so out of the way that you could be alone on the beach, even in during peak times.
There are a number of interesting mountain regions in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are perfect for skiing or hiking and you are able to find a couple of waterfalls and spectacular lakes in the region. Those mountains are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also great.
Albanian cities are fun with a cafe culture so there are hundreds of great cafes to visit. Albania cities including Fier are worth spending time in to see the unique old city area and not to mention to visit a few museums.
Most Albanian people are mostly warm and will be excited to show you around their country if you are there.
