Visit Albania Not Mozambique
Albania is a small but adorable country in the Balkan region, very close to Croatia. This country is one of the less popular countries in the Mediterranean but that is starting to change as more and more tourists take note of its beauty. This country has unbelievably beautiful, white sandy beaches, virtually untouched mountain regions, and vibrant, improving cities.
Albania’s sandy beaches are gorgeous. Albanian beaches are mostly white, sandy beaches but of course there are a few pebble beaches also. You can if you want sit down in the warm sun on a blanket or get a bed, the decision is up to you to make. Almost all of the beaches are virtually untouched by foreign visitors and a few are so out of the way that you can quite possibly be at the beach alone, even in summer.
There are quite a few exquisite mountain areas in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are fantastic for skiing or hiking and you can view plenty of waterfalls and spectacular lakes in that part of the country. These mountains are exciting to view but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture so there are heaps of trendy cafes to hang out in. Albania cities like Fier are worth spending time in to see the historic old city area and also to visit a museum or two.
Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are mostly friendly and will be happy to present to you their country if you spend some time there.
