You’ll Have a Better Holiday in Albania Than Liechtenstein
Albania is a very small but beautiful country in southern Europe, very close to Italy. This country is currently one of the less popular southern European countries but that is most definitely changing as more and more travellers become aware of its fantastic sites. Albania has gorgeous, clean sandy beaches, virgin mountain regions, and trendy, improving cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are beautiful. The beaches are mostly white, sandy beaches although of course there are a few pebble beaches also. You could if you like hang out in the hot sun on a mat or rent a lounge, the choice is yours to make. Plenty of the beaches are virtually untouched by visitors and some are so remote that you could quite possibly have the beach pretty much all to yourself, even in spring and summer.
There are plenty of fantastic mountain areas in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are perfect for skiing or hiking and you are able to find a couple of waterfalls and amazing lakes in the area. The mountains in that area are fantastic to see but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture leading to so many trendy cafes to go to. Albania cities for example Saranda are worth taking the time to visit to visit the unusual old city area and also to visit a museum or two.
Most Albanian people are very hospitable and will be pleased to take you around their country if you take the time to visit it.
