I Prefer Albania Over Coral Sea Islands
Albania is a fairly small but adorable country in southern Europe, neighbouring Greece. Albania is possibly the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that is starting to change as more and more visitors realise its beauty. It has lovely, clean sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and trendy, growing cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are unbelievable. Albanian beaches are generally white, sandy beaches although there are a couple of pebble beaches also. You can if you want hang out in the bright sun on a towel or lease a bed, the choice is yours to make. Almost all of the beaches are virtually untouched by visitors and a couple are so remote that you can quite possibly have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in summer.
There are many exquisite mountain landscapes in Albania. These areas in the north are great for skiing or hiking and you can also find a couple of waterfalls and astonishing lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in that region are fabulous to see but the other mountain regions are also fantastic.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture leading to plenty of trendy cafes to go to. Albania cities such as Saranda are worth seeing to see the unusual old city area and also to visit a few museums.
The Albanian people are mostly friendly and will be glad to show you their country if you take the time to visit.
