You’ll Have More Fun in Albania Than Cambodia
Albania is a little but very adorable country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, very close to Serbia. Albania is possibly the least visited countries in southern Europe but that is starting to change as tourists come to appreciate its wonderful sites. It has beautiful, sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and lively, changing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are beautiful. These beaches are usually white, sandy beaches but there are a couple of pebble beaches as well. You could sit in the hot sun on a rug or rent a lounge, the decision is up to you to make. Plenty of the beaches are practically untouched by visitors and a number are so out of the way that you can possibly be alone on the beach, even in August.
There are plenty of mountain areas in Albania. These regions in the north are perfect for skiing or hiking and you can also view at least a couple of waterfalls and amazing lakes in the area. The mountains in the north are amazing to see but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are fun with a cafe culture resulting in so many great cafes to choose from. Albania cities for example Kukes are worth spending time in to view the historic old city area and possibly to visit a museum.
Most Albanian people are very warm and welcoming and will be happy to show you their country if you spend time there.
