Avoid The Crowds by Vacationing in Albania Not Gaza Strip

Albania is a fairly small but fantastic country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, close to Croatia. Albania is quite possibly the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that is changing as travellers take note of its fantastic attractions. Without a doubt Albania has fantastic, clean sandy beaches, more or less untouched mountain regions, and happening, changing cities.

Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are beautiful. The beaches are usually white, sandy beaches although there are a couple of pebble beaches also. You can lie down in the warm sun on a rug or get a sun lounge, the choice is up to you to make. Plenty of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreign visitors and a handful are so remote that you could quite possibly have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in in the peak season.

There are many exquisite mountain regions in Albania. These regions in the north are fabulous for skiing or hiking and you are able to see at least a few waterfalls and astonishing lakes in the region. The mountains in that region are fantastic to see but the other mountain regions are also spectacular.

Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture meaning there are plenty of great cafes to choose from. Albania cities such as Berat are worth visiting to view the unique old city area and possibly to visit a museum or two.

People from Albania are extremely warm and welcoming and will be glad to introduce you to their country if you go there.
