Avoid The Crowds by Vacationing in Albania Not Heard Island and McDonald Islands
Albania is a tiny but beautiful country in south eastern Europe, not too far from Greece. It is probably the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that is starting to change as more and more travellers appreciate its amazing beauty. Albania has unbelievably beautiful, pure white sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and fun, expanding cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are unbelievable. The beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches although there are a dozen pebble beaches as well. You can sit in the bright sun on a rug or pay for a sunbed, the decision is up to you to make. Almost all of the beaches are totally untouched by tourists and a couple are so quiet that you can quite possibly have the beach all to yourself, even in summer.
There are quite a few beautiful mountain regions in Albania. Those in the north are great for skiing or hiking and you are able to see plenty of waterfalls and spectacular lakes in that part of the country. These mountains are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture leading to many cool cafes to visit. Albania cities including Fier are worth visiting to visit the unique old city area and possibly to visit a couple of museums.
Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are mostly hospitable and will be excited to show you their country if you spend time there.
