I Prefer Albania Over Coral Sea Islands
Albania is a fairly small but very cute country in the south of Europe, close to Croatia. Albania is one of the least visited countries in southern Europe but that is changing as more and more people start to take note of its amazing beauty. It has unbelievably beautiful, sandy beaches, more of less virgin mountain regions, and young, expanding cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are gorgeous. Albanian beaches are mostly white, sandy beaches but of course there are a dozen or so pebble beaches also. You could either sit down in the bright sun on a rug or hire a sun bed, the option is yours to make. Plenty of the beaches are totally untouched by tourists and a handful are so out of the way that you can possibly be at the beach alone, even in in during popular times.
There are quite a few exquisite mountain areas in Albania. The mountains in the north are great for skiing or hiking and you can see many waterfalls and incredible lakes in the area. Those mountains are great to view but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are fun with a cafe culture meaning there are hundreds of great cafes to choose from. Albania cities for example Shkodra are worth spending a few days in to see the unusual old city area and not to mention to visit a museum or two.
The Albanian people are very warm and welcoming and will be glad to present to you their country if you take the time to visit it.
