Vacation in Albania Not Russia
Albania is a fairly small but very pretty country in the Balkan region, fairly close to Croatia. It’s currently one of the less popular southern European countries but that is changing as more people start to appreciate its fantastic attractions. It has exceptional, clean sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and trendy, growing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are exceptional. These beaches are usually white, sandy beaches although there are some pebble beaches as well. You can if you want lie down in the bright sun on a towel or get a lounge, the option is up to you to make. Plenty of the beaches are totally untouched by foreign tourists and a number are so remote that you can have the beach pretty much all to yourself, even in during the peak season.
There are many mountain landscapes in Albania. Those in the north are great for skiing or hiking and you are able to find a couple of waterfalls and astonishing lakes in the region. The mountains in the north are wonderful to view but the other mountain regions are also extraordinary.
Albanian cities are lively with a cafe culture resulting in so many busy cafes to hang out in. Albania cities such as Elbasan are worth seeing to see the historic old city area and not to mention to visit a couple of museums.
You are sure to find that people from Albania are mostly hospitable and will be glad to introduce you to their country if you take the time to visit it.
