Vacation in Albania Not US
Albania is a relatively tiny but adorable country in the Balkans, very close to Italy. Albania is quite possibly the least visited southern European countries but that is about to change as travellers become aware of its amazing beauty. Albania has gorgeous, sandy beaches, virgin mountain regions, and happening, expanding cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are unbelievably beautiful. The beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches but of course there are some pebble beaches as well. You can if you want sit down in the warm dry sun on a towel or lease a sun lounge, the option is up to you. A lot of the beaches are totally untouched by tourists and a few are so out of the way that you could have the beach to yourself, even in in during popular times.
There are numerous fantastic mountain landscapes in Albania. The mountains in the north are extraordinary for skiing or hiking and you are able to visit a few waterfalls and spectacular lakes in the region. The mountains in that region are wonderful to view but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture so there are huge numbers of cool cafes to hang out in. Albania cities for example Elbasan are worth taking the time to visit to view the unique old city area and possibly to visit a couple of museums.
You will most likely find that Albanians are very warm and welcoming and will be more than happy to present to you their country if you spend some time there.
