Visit Albania Not Anguilla
Albania is a little but very pretty country in south eastern Europe, neighbouring Serbia. Albania is possibly the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that is slowly changing as more and more tourists become aware of its wonderful beauty. It has gorgeous, clean sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and trendy, growing cities.
Albania’s white sandy beaches are beautiful. These beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches but there are a dozen pebble beaches also. You can if you like spend time in the hot sun on a mat or lease a sun lounge, the decision is yours. Many of the beaches are pretty much untouched by foreign tourists and a couple are so quiet that you could have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in during the peak season.
There are quite a few interesting mountain landscapes in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are fantastic for skiing or hiking and you can possibly find at least a few waterfalls and spectacular lakes in that part of the country. These mountains are brilliant to see but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are vibrant with a cafe culture meaning there are so many trendy cafes to relax in. Albania cities for example Durres are worth spending time in to see the unusual old city area and possibly to visit a couple of museums.
Albanian people are mostly hospitable and will be more than pleased to take you around their country if you take the time to visit.
