Why I Prefer Albania Over Korea, North

Albania is a little but great country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, close to Italy. Albania is quite possibly the least visited European countries but that is slowly changing as more and more visitors start to appreciate its fantastic sites. This country has unbelievably beautiful, sandy beaches, more or less untouched mountain regions, and happening, expanding cities.

Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are fantastic. Albanian beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches but there are some pebble beaches too. You could if you want hang out in the warm dry sun on a blanket or rent a bed, the choice is up to you. Almost all of the beaches are totally untouched by foreign visitors and some are so out of the way that you could quite possibly be at the beach alone, even in during peak times.

There are numerous exquisite mountain landscapes in Albania. Those in the north are lovely for skiing or hiking and you can also visit at least a couple of waterfalls and astonishing lakes in that part of the country. Those mountains are great to view but the other mountain regions are also great.

Albanian cities are lively with a cafe culture leading to many cool cafes to spend time in. Albania cities such as Fier are worth taking the time to visit to view the unusual old city area and not to mention to visit a few museums.

Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are very warm and will be excited to take you around their country if you spend time there.
