You’ll Have a Better Holiday in Albania Than Europa Island
Albania is a relatively small but very adorable country on the Mediterranean, neighbouring Greece. Albania is currently one of the less popular southern European countries but that is slowly changing as more and more visitors realise its wonderful beauty. This country has fantastic, white sandy beaches, almost virgin mountain regions, and happening, growing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are wonderful. These are generally white, sandy beaches except there are a dozen or so pebble beaches as well. You can if you want spend time in the bright sun on a rug or lease a lounge, the choice is up to you to make. Plenty of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreigners and a couple are so remote that you can quite possibly be alone on the beach, even in in during popular times.
There are many mountainous regions in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are wonderful for skiing or hiking and you are able to find plenty of waterfalls and perfect lakes in the region. The mountains in the north are fabulous to see but the other mountain regions are also great.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture so there are many cool cafes to choose from. Albania cities like Gjirokastra are worth taking the time to visit to see the unique old city area and possibly to visit a few museums.
You are sure to find that Albanians are mostly friendly and will be more than happy to introduce you to their country if you take the time to visit.
