You’ll Have More Fun in Albania Than Chad
Albania is a very small but very cute country in southern Europe, not too far from Serbia. This country is one of the least visited Mediterranean countries but that is slowly changing as more people start to take notice of its fantastic attractions. Albania has beautiful, sandy beaches, virtually untouched mountain regions, and lively, growing cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are unbelievably beautiful. They are normally white, sandy beaches although there are a handful of pebble beaches also. You can if you want lie in the warm dry sun on a towel or get a sun bed, the decision is yours. Many of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreign tourists and some are so out of the way that you can possibly have the beach pretty much all to yourself, even in summer.
There are quite a few mountain areas in Albania. Those in the north are fabulous for skiing or hiking and you can possibly find at least a couple of waterfalls and perfect lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in that region are great to visit but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture leading to heaps of cool cafes to relax in. Albania cities for example Tirana are worth spending a few days in to see the unique old city area and possibly to visit a museum.
The Albanian people are extremely warm and welcoming and will be happy to present to you their country if you take the time to visit.
