You’ll Have More Fun in Albania Than Indian Ocean
Albania is a very small but fantastic country in south eastern Europe, not too far from Italy. This country is currently one of the less popular southern European countries but that is starting to change as more and more people become aware of its amazing sites. This country has wonderful, sandy beaches, more of less virgin mountain regions, and fun, changing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are unbelievable. These beaches are normally white, sandy beaches although of course there are a couple of pebble beaches too. You could have fun in the hot dry sun on a blanket or pay for a lounge, the decision is up to you to make. Most of the beaches are practically untouched by foreign tourists and a few are so out of the way that you can be alone on the beach, even in August.
There are a number of interesting mountain landscapes in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are absolutely amazing for skiing or hiking and you can view a few waterfalls and clean lakes in the area. The mountains in the north are fabulous to see but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture meaning there are heaps of hip cafes to choose from. Albania cities like Berat are worth taking the time to visit to view the unique old city area and not to mention to visit a museum or two.
The Albanian people are very friendly and will be glad to introduce you to their country if you take the time to visit.
