Albania is a relatively tiny but very adorable country on the Mediterranean, not far from Kosovo. This country is currently one of the less popular southern European countries but that is about to change as more and more tourists notice its fantastic sites. There are many mountainous places in Albania. The mountains in the north are extraordinary for skiing or hiking and you can also view a lot of waterfalls and astonishing lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in the north are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also extraordinary.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture resulting in huge numbers of trendy cafes to relax in. Albania cities such as Saranda are worth seeing to visit the historic old city area and also to visit a museum or two.
