Holiday in Albania Not New Caledonia

Albania is a fairly small but cute country on the Mediterranean, neighbouring Italy. It is possibly the least visited European countries but that is starting to change as tourists notice its wonderful attractions. Albania has amazing, white sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and vibrant, improving cities.

Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are beautiful. They are generally white, sandy beaches but of course there are a dozen pebble beaches also. You can if you like lie in the warm sun on a rug or hire a bed, the option is up to you. Almost all of the beaches are pretty much untouched by foreign visitors and a few are so quiet that you could quite possibly be at the beach alone, even in in during popular times.

There are numerous beautiful mountain places in Albania. The mountains in the north are amazing for skiing or hiking and you can also see at least a couple of waterfalls and pristine lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in the north are fantastic to visit but the other mountain regions are also amazing.

Albanian cities are extremely vibrant with a cafe culture so there are plenty of trendy cafes to spend time in. Albania cities including Fier are worth spending a few days in to view the historic old city area and possibly to visit a few museums.

Most Albanian people are very hospitable and will be more than happy to show you around their country if you spend time there.
