Visit Albania Not French Polynesia
Albania is a fairly small but very pretty country in the south of Europe, near Serbia. It is one of the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that has already started to change as travellers start to appreciate its wonderful beauty. Albania has extraordinary, sandy beaches, virtually untouched mountain regions, and lively, changing cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are wonderful. The beaches are mostly white, sandy beaches although of course there are a dozen pebble beaches too. You could if you like have fun in the hot sun on a rug or lease a lounge, the choice is yours to make. A lot of the beaches are virtually untouched by foreigners and a handful are so out of the way that you can possibly have the beach pretty much all to yourself, even in during peak times.
There are numerous mountain landscapes in Albania. The mountains in the north are fabulous for skiing or hiking and you can also view many waterfalls and spectacular lakes in the region. Those mountains are brilliant to view but the other mountain regions are also fantastic.
Albanian cities are extremely vibrant with a cafe culture so there are so many local cafes to choose from. Albania cities for example Tropoja are worth spending time in to visit the unusual old city area and not to mention to visit a museum.
People from Albania are extremely friendly and will be more than glad to present to you their country if you go there.
