Visiting Albania is Better Than Visiting Saint Pierre and Miquelon

Albania is a very small but great country in the south of Europe, very close to Kosovo. Albania is currently one of the less popular Mediterranean countries but that will change before you know it as more and more tourists appreciate its splendour. Albania has unbelievable, sandy beaches, pretty much untouched mountain regions, and fun, expanding cities.

Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are lovely. These beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches although of course there are a few pebble beaches too. You can either lie down in the bright sun on a towel or hire a bed, the option is yours. Most of the beaches are really untouched by foreign tourists and a few are so remote that you could possibly have the beach to yourself, even in in the peak season.

There are plenty of beautiful mountain places in Albania. Those in the north are exceptional for skiing or hiking and you can also view quite a few waterfalls and pristine lakes in the area. These mountains are amazing to view but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.

Albanian cities are extremely vibrant with a cafe culture so there are plenty of great cafes to visit. Albania cities including Shkodra are worth visiting to visit the unique old city area and also to visit a museum.

You are sure to find that people from Albania are mostly friendly and will be happy to introduce you to their country if you take the time to visit.
