Albania is More Fun Than Italy
Albania is a little but cute country on the Mediterranean, close to Serbia. Albania is one of the less often visited southern European countries but that will change before you know it as more visitors start to appreciate its fantastic sites. Albania has amazing, clean sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and happening, improving cities.
Albania’s white sandy beaches are extraordinary. These beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches except there are a few pebble beaches also. You can either sit down in the warm sun on a mat or hire a lounge, the option is up to you to make. Most of the beaches are pretty much untouched by foreign tourists and a number are so quiet that you could quite possibly be alone on the beach, even in during the peak season.
There are many fantastic mountain places in Albania. The mountainous areas in the north are ideal for skiing or hiking and you are able to view at least a couple of waterfalls and pristine lakes in the region. The mountains in that area are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also great.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture so there are heaps of hip cafes to relax in. Albania cities such as Tirana are worth seeing to see the historic old city area and possibly to visit a museum or two.
People from Albania are extremely warm and welcoming and will be pleased to show you their country if you are there.
