Vacation in Albania Not South Africa
Albania is a very small but cute country in the Balkan region, fairly close to Macedonia. This country is possibly the least visited European countries but that will change before you know it as more visitors appreciate its amazing beauty. Albania has extraordinary, clean sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and bustling, expanding cities.
Albania’s white sandy beaches are unbelievable. They are most often white, sandy beaches although of course there are some pebble beaches too. You could either sit down in the hot sun on a blanket or rent a bed, the decision is yours to make. Many of the beaches are really untouched by foreign visitors and a number are so out of the way that you can be alone on the beach, even in during the peak season.
There are many exquisite mountain regions in Albania. The mountains in the north are amazing for skiing or hiking and you can possibly see at least a couple of waterfalls and astonishing lakes in the region. These mountains are great to view but the other mountain regions are also spectacular.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture so there are hundreds of hip cafes to relax in. Albania cities including Tropoja are worth visiting to view the unusual old city area and possibly to visit a museum or two.
You are sure to find that Albanians are mostly hospitable and will be glad to present to you their country if you spend time there.
