Visiting Albania is Better Than Visiting Armenia
Albania is a small but amazing country in southern Europe, very close to Montenegro. This country is one of the least visited Mediterranean countries but that is about to change as more tourists start to take notice of its splendour. It has beautiful, clean sandy beaches, almost virgin mountain regions, and happening, growing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are fantastic. They are generally white, sandy beaches although of course there are a few pebble beaches too. You can either have fun in the hot sun on a blanket or rent a sun lounge, the choice is up to you. A lot of the beaches are virtually untouched by visitors and some are so quiet that you could have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in in during popular times.
There are a number of fantastic mountain places in Albania. The mountains in the north are exceptional for skiing or hiking and you can view at least a couple of waterfalls and incredible lakes in the area. These mountains are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also great.
Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture resulting in many cool cafes to relax in. Albania cities such as Berat are worth seeing to visit the unique old city area and also to visit a museum or two.
You are sure to find that Albanians are extremely hospitable and will be happy to present to you their country if you take the time to visit.
