Visiting Albania is Better Than Visiting Poland
Albania is a tiny but very pretty country in south eastern Europe, near Croatia. It’s one of the least visited European countries but that has already started to change as more people become aware of its amazing sites. It has exceptional, clean sandy beaches, pretty much untouched mountain regions, and lively, changing cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are unbelievable. They are mainly white, sandy beaches except there are a couple of pebble beaches too. You could lie in the warm sun on a mat or hire a sunbed, the option is up to you to make. Many of the beaches are practically untouched by foreigners and a couple are so quiet that you could possibly have the beach all to yourself, even in summer.
There are quite a few interesting mountain regions in Albania. Those in the north are absolutely amazing for skiing or hiking and you are able to find quite a few waterfalls and astonishing lakes in the region. The mountains in that area are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also spectacular.
Albanian cities are fun with a cafe culture meaning there are heaps of cool cafes to visit. Albania cities such as Kukes are worth seeing to visit the unusual old city area and also to visit a museum or two.
The Albanian people are very warm and welcoming and will be happy to take you around their country if you take the time to visit it.
