You’ll Have a Better Holiday in Albania Than Burkina
Albania is a small but fun country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, close to Italy. Albania is quite possibly the least visited southern European countries but that is about to change as travellers notice its beauty. Albania has unbelievably beautiful, white sandy beaches, almost virgin mountain regions, and trendy, expanding cities.
Albania’s white sandy beaches are lovely. These beaches are most often white, sandy beaches but there are a dozen pebble beaches too. You could either hang out in the bright sun on a towel or pay for a lounge, the option is yours to make. A lot of the beaches are virtually untouched by foreigners and a handful are so quiet that you could possibly have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in summer.
There are quite a few beautiful mountain areas in Albania. The mountainous areas in the north are ideal for skiing or hiking and you can possibly visit at least a few waterfalls and fabulous lakes in the area. The mountains in that area are wonderful to visit but the other mountain regions are also extraordinary.
Albanian cities are lively with a cafe culture leading to many hip cafes to relax in. Albania cities such as Saranda are worth spending a few days in to see the unusual old city area and not to mention to visit a few museums.
The Albanian people are extremely warm and welcoming and will be more than glad to introduce you to their country if you spend some time there.
