Don’t Visit Belgium
Albania is a fairly small but very pretty country in the south of Europe, not too far from Serbia. This country is currently one of the less popular countries in southern Europe but that is changing as people realise its wonderful sites. Without a doubt Albania has lovely, sandy beaches, more or less untouched mountain regions, and trendy, growing cities.
Albania’s sandy beaches are amazing. The beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches although there are a few pebble beaches too. You can either have fun in the bright sun on a mat or get a bed, the choice is up to you. A lot of the beaches are practically untouched by foreign tourists and a couple are so remote that you could be at the beach alone, even in during the peak season.
There are quite a few mountain places in Albania. These areas in the north are brilliant for skiing or hiking and you can possibly visit a few waterfalls and fabulous lakes in the region. The mountains in the north are great to view but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture resulting in many hip cafes to go to. Albania cities such as Kukes are worth taking the time to visit to view the unique old city area and not to mention to visit a museum or two.
People from Albania are mostly welcoming and will be more than happy to show you around their country if you go there.
