Vacation in Albania Not Korea, South
Albania is a tiny but fun country in the south of Europe, not far from Macedonia. This country is currently one of the less popular European countries but that is about to change as more and more visitors notice its wonderful attractions. It has extraordinary, clean sandy beaches, pristine mountain regions, and fun, growing cities.
Albania’s white sandy beaches are lovely. These are most often white, sandy beaches although there are a few pebble beaches as well. You can either have fun in the hot dry sun on a mat or get a bed, the option is yours. Most of the beaches are totally untouched by foreign visitors and a couple are so out of the way that you can possibly have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in in the peak season.
There are a number of mountainous landscapes in Albania. Those in the north are lovely for skiing or hiking and you can possibly visit at least a few waterfalls and amazing lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in the north are amazing to view but the other mountain regions are also fantastic.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture leading to so many great cafes to go to. Albania cities such as Saranda are worth taking the time to visit to visit the historic old city area and possibly to visit a couple of museums.
The Albanian people are extremely hospitable and will be more than glad to show you their country if you take the time to visit it.
