Vacation in Albania Not Singapore
Albania is a relatively small but pretty country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, fairly close to Italy. Albania is probably the least visited European countries but that is changing as travellers take note of its fantastic attractions. Albania has exceptional, white sandy beaches, more of less virgin mountain regions, and young, growing cities.
Albania’s sandy beaches are amazing. The beaches are mainly white, sandy beaches but of course there are some pebble beaches too. You could if you like spend time in the warm sun on a towel or hire a bed, the decision is up to you. Most of the beaches are really untouched by visitors and a number are so out of the way that you could have the beach pretty much all to yourself, even in in the peak season.
There are quite a few mountainous places in Albania. Those in the north are extraordinary for skiing or hiking and you can also view a couple of waterfalls and clean lakes in the region. The mountains in that area are great to see but the other mountain regions are also brilliant.
Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture so there are a lot of great cafes to relax in. Albania cities including Fier are worth spending time in to view the historic old city area and possibly to visit a museum or two.
Albanian people are mostly warm and will be more than happy to present to you their country if you spend some time there.
