Visit Albania Not Eritrea
Albania is a relatively small but very cute country in the Balkans, not too far from Montenegro. It’s currently one of the less popular Mediterranean countries but that is changing as more and more people start to appreciate its fantastic sites. It has lovely, white sandy beaches, pretty much untouched mountain regions, and bustling, expanding cities.
Albania’s white sandy beaches are gorgeous. These are normally white, sandy beaches except there are a couple of pebble beaches too. You could lie in the bright sun on a rug or pay for a sunbed, the option is yours. Plenty of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreign visitors and a number are so quiet that you can quite possibly be alone on the beach, even in in during popular times.
There are many mountain areas in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are amazing for skiing or hiking and you are able to see many waterfalls and fabulous lakes in the area. These mountains are fabulous to view but the other mountain regions are also brilliant.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture leading to hundreds of cool cafes to hang out in. Albania cities for example Shkodra are worth visiting to see the unique old city area and not to mention to visit a few museums.
You are sure to find that people from Albania are very welcoming and will be more than glad to show you around their country if you take the time to visit.
