Visit Albania Not Peru
Albania is a relatively small but fantastic country in south eastern Europe, near Greece. This country is currently one of the less popular countries in Europe but that is changing as more and more people realise its amazing beauty. This country has unbelievably beautiful, clean sandy beaches, virgin mountain regions, and happening, changing cities.
Albania’s sandy beaches are wonderful. These are generally white, sandy beaches although of course there are a few pebble beaches as well. You can have fun in the warm dry sun on a mat or hire a sunbed, the option is up to you. Most of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreign visitors and a number are so quiet that you could have the beach all to yourself, even in during the peak season.
There are numerous interesting mountain regions in Albania. These regions in the north are lovely for skiing or hiking and you can visit a lot of waterfalls and perfect lakes in the region. The mountains in that region are fabulous to visit but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are extremely lively with a cafe culture meaning there are plenty of trendy cafes to choose from. Albania cities for example Shkodra are worth seeing to view the historic old city area and not to mention to visit a museum.
You will most likely find that Albanians are extremely warm and will be excited to show you around their country if you spend time there.
