Visiting Albania is Better Than Visiting Dominican Republic
Albania is a small but pretty country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, fairly close to Greece. Albania is probably the least visited countries in the Mediterranean but that will change before you know it as more travellers start to appreciate its amazing attractions. It has wonderful, sandy beaches, virgin mountain regions, and young, changing cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are unbelievable. These beaches are mostly white, sandy beaches except there are a handful of pebble beaches too. You could if you want spend time in the warm sun on a mat or lease a sun bed, the decision is yours. Plenty of the beaches are more or less untouched by foreign tourists and some are so quiet that you could possibly be at the beach alone, even in spring and summer.
There are many mountain regions in Albania. The mountainous areas in the north are brilliant for skiing or hiking and you can also view a few waterfalls and spectacular lakes in that part of the country. Those mountains are amazing to view but the other mountain regions are also spectacular.
Albanian cities are very vibrant with a cafe culture resulting in a lot of hip cafes to relax in. Albania cities such as Vlora are worth taking the time to visit to see the unusual old city area and not to mention to visit a museum or two.
Most Albanian people are very warm and will be pleased to take you around their country if you spend time there.
