Visiting Albania is Better Than Visiting Saint Pierre and Miquelon
Albania is a tiny but fun country on the Mediterranean, not too far from Serbia. It’s one of the less often visited countries in Europe but that is changing as more and more visitors appreciate its fantastic attractions. Without a doubt Albania has exceptional, sandy beaches, pretty much untouched mountain regions, and fun, improving cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are wonderful. Albanian beaches are mostly white, sandy beaches but there are a few pebble beaches also. You could if you like lie down in the hot sun on a towel or lease a bed, the decision is yours to make. Most of the beaches are more or less untouched by tourists and a handful are so quiet that you could quite possibly have the beach to yourself, even in during peak times.
There are plenty of mountain regions in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are wonderful for skiing or hiking and you can possibly visit quite a few waterfalls and fabulous lakes in the area. These mountains are great to visit but the other mountain regions are also amazing.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture meaning there are heaps of cool cafes to visit. Albania cities such as Berat are worth spending time in to view the historic old city area and not to mention to visit a couple of museums.
The Albanian people are very warm and welcoming and will be excited to introduce you to their country if you are there.
