You’ll Have More Fun in Albania Than Micronesia, Federated States of
Albania is a relatively tiny but beautiful country in south eastern Europe, not far from Serbia. It is one of the less popular European countries but that is most definitely changing as people take note of its fantastic attractions. This country has fantastic, pure white sandy beaches, more or less untouched mountain regions, and vibrant, expanding cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are exceptional. The beaches are usually white, sandy beaches although of course there are a couple of pebble beaches too. You can if you want sit in the bright sun on a blanket or hire a sun bed, the decision is up to you. A lot of the beaches are pretty much untouched by foreigners and some are so quiet that you could be at the beach without anyone else, even in August.
There are a number of mountain landscapes in Albania. Those in the north are ideal for skiing or hiking and you can possibly view at least a couple of waterfalls and spectacular lakes in the area. The mountains in the north are fantastic to view but the other mountain regions are also spectacular.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture leading to a lot of local cafes to relax in. Albania cities including Vlora are worth spending time in to visit the historic old city area and also to visit a museum.
Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are very friendly and will be more than glad to show you their country if you spend some time there.
