Albania is Better Than Tanzania
Albania is a fairly small but amazing country in southern Europe, fairly close to Italy. It is one of the least visited southern European countries but that is starting to change as more and more visitors take note of its wonderful beauty. This country has amazing, sandy beaches, more of less virgin mountain regions, and bustling, expanding cities.
Albania’s pure white sandy beaches are extraordinary. Albanian beaches are normally white, sandy beaches but there are some pebble beaches also. You can if you want have fun in the warm dry sun on a towel or rent a sunbed, the choice is up to you. Almost all of the beaches are really untouched by tourists and a couple are so quiet that you could quite possibly have the beach all to yourself, even in in the peak season.
There are quite a few mountainous places in Albania. These regions in the north are extraordinary for skiing or hiking and you can possibly visit at least a few waterfalls and astonishing lakes in that part of the country. The mountains in that area are brilliant to see but the other mountain regions are also extraordinary.
Albanian cities are bustling with a cafe culture leading to plenty of busy cafes to choose from. Albania cities for example Vlora are worth spending time in to see the historic old city area and possibly to visit a museum.
Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are mostly warm and will be more than happy to take you around their country if you spend time there.
