Visit Albania Not Ashmore and Cartier Islands
Albania is a little but cute country in the Balkan region, fairly close to Italy. This country is currently one of the less popular European countries but that is slowly changing as tourists take note of its amazing attractions. Without a doubt Albania has exceptional, sandy beaches, virgin mountain regions, and happening, expanding cities.
Albania’s clean sandy beaches are lovely. These are generally white, sandy beaches but there are some pebble beaches too. You could either spend time in the hot sun on a rug or get a lounge, the option is up to you to make. Almost all of the beaches are totally untouched by foreign visitors and a couple are so remote that you can quite possibly have the beach pretty much to yourself, even in spring and summer.
There are many mountain places in Albania. The mountainous regions in the north are fabulous for skiing or hiking and you can find a lot of waterfalls and amazing lakes in the area. Those mountains are amazing to view but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are lively with a cafe culture leading to heaps of busy cafes to hang out in. Albania cities including Elbasan are worth spending time in to see the unusual old city area and also to visit a museum.
You will most likely find that Albanians are mostly hospitable and will be more than happy to present to you their country if you spend some time there.
