You’ll Have More Fun in Albania Than Ukraine
Albania is a small but great country in the Mediterranean region of Europe, neighbouring Kosovo. It’s probably the least visited countries in Europe but that has already started to change as people start to appreciate its splendour. Albania has wonderful, pure white sandy beaches, more of less virgin mountain regions, and trendy, changing cities.
Albania’s sandy beaches are unbelievable. These beaches are usually white, sandy beaches except there are some pebble beaches as well. You can either have fun in the hot sun on a rug or hire a sun bed, the choice is up to you. Many of the beaches are totally untouched by visitors and a couple are so out of the way that you could quite possibly have the beach pretty much all to yourself, even in in the peak season.
There are quite a few mountain areas in Albania. These regions in the north are great for skiing or hiking and you can also find plenty of waterfalls and clean lakes in that part of the country. These mountains are fantastic to see but the other mountain regions are also beautiful.
Albanian cities are fun with a cafe culture meaning there are so many trendy cafes to go to. Albania cities like Gjirokastra are worth seeing to view the unique old city area and possibly to visit a museum or two.
Albanians are very warm and will be excited to take you around their country if you take the time to visit it.
